Refund and Returns Policy

We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind.

However, you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem within 30 days of purchase. This includes the following:

  • The item is faulty/damaged

  • The item is significantly different to the sample and description

  • It is unsafe

  • The item does not do what it said it did.

If you request a refund or exchange you are responsible for returning the original item to us.  In the case of an exchange, we will happily offer you a replacement if available or you may choose an alternate design of equal value.

Please keep your proof of purchase —e.g. your receipt- in the event you need a refund or to exchange an item.

Shipping Policy

​Domestic Shipping

Shipping costs vary depending on the item purchased. Our shipping is based on weight and size. However, we do offer free shipping on all orders within Australia over $100.

We aim to ship orders within 4 business days from date of purchase, however custom orders may take longer if design work and consultation is needed.

Delivery time: Approx 1-5 business days from shipping date.

All orders are shipped from Queensland. Usual delivery times:

Brisbane: 1-2 business days

Sydney, Melbourne & Canberra: 2-3 business days

Perth & Regional: 4-5 business days

If you require your order by a specific date, please let us know in the comments during checkout and we will do our best to ensure you have it in time.

December Christmas Period

During the December Christmas period, please allow extra time for shipping. We will advertise our Christmas cut-off to ensure your order arrives in time. We cannot guarantee orders placed after the Christmas cut-off will arrive in time

Please allow All items will be posted with 5 business days from date of order. Time to delivery can be up to 4 weeks depending for addresses within Australia.

Standard shipping offers $100 compensation for damage and missing parcels. If your item arrives damaged, please take the item and packaging to your nearest Post Office for assessment and advice.

International Shipping

We do not participate in international shipping at this time.

Shipping confirmation

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification advising of your tracking number. Please be aware that your email address host may not receive the confirmation emails due to filtering our email address to you.
